Assembly work carries our own guarantee. Heads and shafts carry whatever the manufacturer offers, and we file the paperwork for you.
One Year on Assembly
If a grip slips, a ferrule cracks, or a shaft-to-head bond fails on a club we built, bring it back within twelve months of pickup and we fix it at no charge — whether that build happened before a mountain trip or was assembled for everyday Frisco rounds. A swingweight that drifts outside half a point of your agreed spec is covered the same way.
Traveling client? Ship the club in and we'll turn it around the same week we receive it.
Heads and Shafts Follow the Maker's Terms
A cracked face or a delaminated shaft is a manufacturer defect rather than a build issue, so it falls under that maker's own warranty. We register components where the manufacturer supports it and handle the claim on your behalf.
